With over 25 years of hands-on experience across Europe and the Middle East, Vincent has led operational turnarounds, built high-performing management teams, and left organizations more structured and capable than he found them.

With over 25 years leading large-scale transformation across complex global organisations, Nawaz brings the architectural perspective: how operating models need to be designed, how decision rights need to be clarified, and what it genuinely takes to make change stick at scale. He started his career in Denmark and has since worked across the GCC and Nordic regions, helping organisations in banking, insurance, and logistics build the foundations for sustained performance.
